I like everything about this laptop so far, but the integrated screen really is unusable unless I can adjust the color properly.

I have tried updating the driver without success. The Nvidia Control panel works, but only shows options for 3D settings.

I did the Windows calibration, but that won't allow me to make changes to curves or saturation, and the problem is with over-saturation. This makes the laptop useless for my work, which includes video production. It would look nice for games, but it's completely inaccurate.
The factory color reproduction is terrible and over-saturated. The display screen seems to have no dedicated driver (recognized as a generic monitor), and no associated color profile. We purchased the option for an OLED 4K display screen. This can't be a common problem otherwise, it would be fixed by now - so must be something more subtle with how Nvidia interacts with Windows.My employer just got me an Alienware m17 R1 from Dell's Canadian web site.

After Nvidia's suggestion i tried installing the graphics card into another machine with Windows 7 - which fixes the issue, so it looks like its my version of Windows. I ran the sfc utility which didn't find anything - so i don't think A picture is attatched below for reference. The tabs didnt show in driver versions 260.99 or 257.30 either. I have the latest driver for the GPU (266.58). It changed the settings of your Nvidia graphics card software. once i exit and restart nvidia control panel - the settings revert back. Sometimes, Nvidia control panel may be hidden after Windows update. When i try to change nvidia control panel settings (3d settings) the settings do not save i.e.

I know this software isn't Microsoft, but maybe you can help as it uses Window's security user rights I have already contacted nvidia technical support without any luck they suggest that this problem is related to either Windows, or is user profile related.
